If you have paid a deposit online at the time of booking and cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, regardless of reason you will forfeit your deposit paid.
We run a tight and busy schedule and often have a cancellation list so please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to change, cancel or reschedule.

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled online by clicking the appropriate link in your inital confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. After this time you will need to contact us directly by text message - 021 0298 0202 or by sending a private message to our Facebook Page - Fiona Harvey Lash & Brow.
It is recommended not to call us as we are most likely with a client and cannot answer or listen to voicemails until sometime later in the day or even after our working hours.
Late Arrivals – Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service will require us to shorten the length of your treatment. Full payment of intended serivce will still apply. As not to inconvenience other clients, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment.
